Since announcing the Seafood Class last week we have sold out both the Saturday and Sunday classes, SO WE ARE ADDING A TUESDAY EVENING CLASS ON JUNE JUNE 4TH STARTING AT 5:30 PM.  We did this a couple of times last year and found it to be tons of fun for everyone! Get your friends together for a wonderful evening of learning, eating and wine tasting, then call 928-774-8431 to reserve!!
Items in this class will include Smoked Salmon, Seared Ahi Tuna with Wasabi Aioli, Scallops, Shrimp, and other fish with a variety of sauces, rubs and marinades. There will also be a seafood salad and a dessert offered.  Frank will also be demonstrating cedar plank cooking.  VERY popular class. 
CALL TODAY! Remember, classes include instruction, written booklet of menus, tastes of ALL the food and several tastes of matching wines. Most of our classes are $50 per person, but this and the Meats Class in August are $55 per person.  Class starts at 11am on Saturday. . . noon on Sunday and 5:30 on Tuesday.     See you there!!
